MY STORY
My Name is Alejandra Salcido and I am an artist rooted in San Diego , California. I have been creating and learning art since I was a small child and have created my own style. I call it Grime Art. I am classically taught in oil painting and classic drawing (pencil and pen). I specialize in surreal drawings, animation, cartoon and comic and some realism. My medium of choice is ink (ball point pen) and graphite/led and have worked with both for over 10 years.

Grime Art was born out of a desire to create abstract and peculiar works of art, ever since we have began our journey, we have created exactly that. Our community has grown to include local artists and students from all walks of life and we would love to be an outlet for any artist, new or experienced. We help open the mind of people and encourage them to grow into creative individuals that they are today. We’re so proud of the community we are aiming to create and love watching our artists blossom.
